What kinds of businesses do we coat?
Plants, shops, and offices around town need floors that are safe to walk on and easy to keep clean. We also work in auto bays, gyms, back-of-house kitchens, and storage rooms.
What goes into a commercial floor?
- Heavy grinding or shot blasting to strip old coatings and contaminants.
- Joint and crack repair so carts roll smoothly.
- Thicker build coats for wheeled and forklift traffic.
- Slip-resistant topcoats for wet or greasy areas.
- Line striping and safety colors for aisles and work zones.
Slip resistance is a big deal on commercial jobs. If you run a workplace, OSHA's walking-working surfaces rules cover keeping floors clean, dry, and free of trip hazards.
How do we keep you open?
We can work in phases, after hours, or over a weekend so part of the building stays in use. Fast-cure products let us hand sections back sooner. For spaces that just need a hard, low-upkeep finish, polishing the concrete you already have can be quicker still. While we are there, we can also take care of sealing the outside walks and entries.
Commercial floor FAQs
Can you work around equipment?
We ask that anything movable be cleared. We can coat around fixed machines and hand-detail the edges.
Do you give written quotes for property managers?
Yes. You get a written scope with square footage, system, and schedule.
